This project is relaunching under the same spirit and sensibility.
We create a new value from what already universally exists.
        We want to offer the experience of a better feeling using recycled bio organic garments, which are accompanied by labels made with T-shirts waste and sent in a compostable bag.
        Likewise, we give waste a new life and we try  to make the dream of zero-waste possible. 



        Our reason to produce in Europe is to limit CO2 emissions in the transport of the garments to our workspace and ultimately to the customers, and it allows much better control over the production process. This is the best way for us to be able to ensure that all the people involved in the production are working in fair conditions and respecting the environment.

        ÆSTHETIK, formerly known as Synthetik, also serves as a platform for pop-up shops & other special projects.

        ABOUT ROD

        ROD is a multidisciplinary artist and self-taughtdesigner, born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, currently based in Berlin. He works in different fields ranging from music, graphic design, screen printing and fashion to more creative and trendy projects on multiple platforms. His art is formed from his unique experience, thoughts, interests and natural callings. The conversations, the lyrics of a song, and a single word can become his inspiration.

        Since he started, he has always been guided by the unconditional sadness that we can all experience. Neo-romanticism and the uncertain future are reflected in phrases, words and prints that appear on the garments or designs he makes. It is the emotion that leads him to the material, the inexplicable desire to create from his deepest feelings and share his artistic vision with the world.

        He created the brand “ÆSTHETIK”, which is inspired by cultural reminiscences of rock and pop of the 80’s and subcultures combined with graphic elements that evoke tenderness and wistfulness. Characterized by contrast, refined clean lines, fragile as well as fluid, projected in the surrounding space. 

        ROD's current exhibition is the presentation of his new individually-conceived work, based on his inner journey and on his experiences in Buenos Aires and Berlin.
