Margarita Morales is a Mexican plastic artist who has undoubtedly distinguished herself worldwide through her sensitivity in her painterly work, which reflects her roots and her love for her country, Mexico. These hide real, visual initial situations that only slowly open up when the viewer enters the picture, so to speak. Margarita Morales is not just about transferring landscapes, figures, states of mind onto the canvas, onto the picture. Rather, it is about the interaction of all these components.

Margarita Morales was born in the city of Mante, Tamaulipas and has lived in Berlin since 2000. She has exhibited in several countries, most recently in Denmark, Kenya, Mexico and Germany.
