The "flagship wine" from the internationally renowned boutique winery around the Californian oenologist Ed Flaherty. Dark plum and red cherry flavors combine with liquorice and dried peach. Pleasant notes of violet, lavender, sour cherry, peppermint and vanilla give it the desired depth. After being stored in French and American oak barriques, this vintage was only filtered, not refined. Ed's transnational knowledge and his striving for more have also led him to a cuvée of rather atypical grape varieties for his flagship wine, but the spectacular result proves him right without a doubt.

A modern representative of this genre is undoubtedly Ed Flaherty. His “Flaherty” project in the Aconcagua Valley has barely taken off when he goes to the Maule Valley, 500 km away. Gentle bumps swing into the horizon, covered with vines of the Tempranillo, Petite Syrah and País varieties. They are rooted in deep red clay, which once originated from granite rocks. The pride of the successful winegrower, even artist, flashes from every word he says. Having ideas is one thing - bringing them to a successful conclusion in reality is another. However, it should be noted that “behind every successful man there is a strong woman”. Nobody knows better than Ed Flaherty the great support he gets from Jen Hoover with his crazy ideas...
