PRINCIPE DE LOS APÓSTOLES GIN MATE 40% - 0,70L - ARGENTINA

The Príncipe de los Apóstoles Mate Gin is produced by distillation of individually macerated solutions with juniper berries, fresh mate leaves, eucalyptus, peperina (an endemic only plant in Argentina, which is aromatic mint), coriander seeds and the peel of pink grapefruit in one small (200l) copper stillstock in the Argentine highlands. The result of the distillation is filled in batches and numbered.

In the area of ​​New World Gins, Apostel differs greatly from the classic winter tastes of London Dry. We present a tropical profile that is more tropical and native to the Southern Hemisphere, containing our Argentine plants such as yerba mate, pink grapefruit, peppermint and eucalyptus.
When the Jesuits arrived in the mission province, they quickly realized that the mate leaf was producing high-quality tea and planting hundreds of acres. Mate soon became the national drink of Argentina with Misiones the original plantings. We honor our country by incorporating fresh mate leaves into our gin.
