PREMIUM MALPASO PISCO "RESERVADO 40%" - 0,70L - CHILE

The Pisco MalPaso Icónico is made in Chilean grape brandy from Moscatel grapes, which is a special 12 months after the distillation stored - but in the steel tank under exclusion of air. In addition, the grapes come from a special plot of the winery and are subjected to a strict yield reduction in order to achieve the greatest intensity of aromas in the grape. Although at first glance, the Pisco MalPaso Reservado is quite similar, the Icónico forms a very different flavor and taste profile due to the suppression of the oxidative processes during storage.

Colour
Transparent, brilliant, with silver sparks.

Flavors
Fruity and floral aromas are much more restrained and intertwined, preserving the character of the Moscatell grapes. The texture is incomparably velvety and soft - definitely pure and not too cold!

Taste
Velvety, slightly cytric, lavender, rich and round with a refreshing intense finish.

(After opening the bottle, either drink within a few days or into the icebox to prevent oxidation, which makes the texture look a little rougher)
