RUM PYRAT - XO RESERVE - ANGUILLA

This rum is a blend of Caribbean rums that have been aged in oak barrels made from Limousin oak and American imperial oak for up to 15 years. This creates aromas of dried apricots, vanilla and caramel. In the taste there are notes of honey, cinnamon and spicy oak. The lucky charm of the distillery "Hoti" is supplied as a small pendant with every bottle. The Pyrat XO Reserve Rum is 40.0% vol. bottled.
The Pyrat XO Reserve Rum comes from the Planters distillery. This is located on the Caribbean island of Anguilla. The name of the Pyrat XO is probably derived from the fact that the island was once home to pirates.
